We wanted to take a moment to notify you about our current Covid 19 Protocols. We are continuing to ensure the safety of our clients and staff by offering curbside service. Sadly this also includes end of life situations involving humane euthanasia. Family members will not be able to be present at this time.
Protocol is when you arrive to remain in your vehicle and call us at 734-844-2088. If the phone lines are busy please be patient and continue trying to call. We will come to your vehicle and retrieve your pet. After the doctors examination they will call you and go over their findings and recommendations moving forward. Your pet will be returned to your vehicle by a staff member when the appointment is finished. If you leave momentarily please advise staff that you will be leaving and will return shortly.
Bird Owners: We are sorry to advise you that we are not seeing new bird clients at this time due to unforeseen circumstances. We are advising everyone to seek out treatment for your birds at either Bird and Exotic Pet Wellness Center in Toledo, OH or Cascade Hospital for Animals in Grand Rapids, MI.
